Because our work involves research, strategy, and AI generation tailored specifically to each client, services are generally non refundable once work has commenced.

The following are non refundable:

• Customized or personalized creative content

• Work already delivered or in progress

• AI generated images, videos, or digital assets

• Strategy, research, concept development, and planning phases

Project Cancellation

Refunds related to project cancellation are handled as per the cancellation and kill fee terms mentioned in the applicable Statement of Work.
